Program

Nana’s Cozy Corner Family Care Updates. Nana’s Cozy Corner, 4006 N 42nd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53216, sends text messages to parents and guardians of enrolled children who have agreed to receive them.

What we send

Messages are about your child’s care: a link to your child’s weekly update and photos, a notice when an incident report has been filed for your child, and urgent center notices such as closures, weather delays, or same-day schedule changes. We do not send advertising or promotional messages by text.

How you sign up

Texting is optional and is not required to enroll or to receive care. During enrollment, or at any later time, a staff member asks whether you would like to receive these messages and reads you the details. If you say yes, staff record your consent with your mobile number in our secure staff system. Read the opt-in script our staff use.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most families receive about one to five messages a week, with more only if there are urgent notices.

Cost

Nana’s Cozy Corner does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also ask any staff member to turn texts off. To start again, reply START or ask our staff.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our privacy policy.
